Orders & Contract Formation
You may place orders through our website e-shop. Before confirming your order, you will be prompted to provide required personal and delivery information and to review order details, including provisional shipping charges.
By clicking “Place Order,” you submit an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms & Conditions. A sales contract is formed once payment has been successfully processed and we send you a confirmation email. You are advised to retain a copy of your order confirmation and invoice for reference.
If a product is unavailable or out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you by email or telephone. In such cases, we may cancel the order and refund any payments made. Elle Olive will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties, including payment processors or shipping carriers.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in NZD and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments or other third-party providers. Elle Olive does not store full payment card details. By using these payment methods, you agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if payment cannot be verified or processed.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to your order remains with Elle Olive until it is delivered to the address you provide or to a person you have authorised.
If a product is received damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours by emailing julie@elleolive.com and provide photographs or other relevant evidence. Where we approve a return, you must ship the product to the address we specify. In these cases, shipping costs will be covered by Elle Olive.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Exchanges are only permitted for damaged goods that meet the criteria described above.
Once a damaged product is approved for return, you may request an exchange for a product of equivalent value. Refunds are only issued where legally required. All returned items must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Product Disclaimer
Elle Olive products are sensitive and perishable. While we adhere to strict health, safety, and handling standards, product quality may be affected by storage, handling, or shipping conditions. Nutritional and chemical information reflects representative samples at the time of testing.
Once products leave our control, Elle Olive provides no express or implied warranty regarding product use, suitability, or quality. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Comments & Complaints
You are welcome to send feedback, comments, or complaints to julie@elleolive.com. Any defects or issues with your order should be reported within 24 hours of receipt for assessment.
Changes to Terms
Elle Olive may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Any deviation from these Terms is only valid if confirmed in writing by Elle Olive. Failure or delay in enforcing any rights does not constitute a waiver.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
