About elle olive

Greece produces what many consider the finest olive oil in the world. For me, it is also where family stories, travel memories and long, sun soaked meals begin.

Elle Olive was born from my connection to Greece and the tiny island of Poros, a place where olive trees stretch towards the sea and meals are never rushed. Around the table is where stories are shared, laughter is loud and olive oil is poured generously over almost everything.

Our oil is made from a single varietal olive, Koroneiki, often called the queen of Greek olives. These small, resilient olives produce an oil that is vibrant, fresh and beautifully green, with a gentle peppery finish. It is pure, organic and unapologetically delicious.

We work with producers who treat olive oil the way winemakers treat wine, with care, patience and deep respect for the land. Every harvest reflects the climate, the soil and the season. Nothing blended, nothing complicated. Just exceptional olive oil made the way it has been for generations.

But Elle Olive is not only about flavour. It is about the ritual of everyday living.

We believe the things you reach for daily should be beautiful enough to live on your kitchen bench. Olive oil should not be hidden in a cupboard, it should be part of the table, part of the conversation, part of the moment. Elle Olive was designed to be displayed. To sit proudly beside fresh bread, summer tomatoes, roasted vegetables and long lunches with friends. To be poured freely and shared often.
